5. Bicep curls - Hold a dumbbell in each hand & hang your arms straight down. Now curl your arms upward until your arms are twisted & clench your biceps at the top of the motion.
4. Tricep pushdowns - This exercise is done in a smith machine. Hold the cable pulley with both hands while keeping both elbows close to your sides & your arms twisted at a 90 degree angle. Push your arms down until they are straight.
6. You can work your abs with a quantity of these exercises: reverse crunches, bicycle crunches, hanging leg raises, etc.
